Delete Your Qinerja Account

Delete your account from the app

If you still have Qinerja installed and can sign in, this is the fastest way.

• Open the Qinerja app.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap Request Delete Account.
• Confirm the request.

What happens after you request deletion

• Your request is recorded in our system immediately.
• The HR or admin team at your company is notified and reviews it.
• If they approve, your account and personal data are deleted.
• If they do not respond within 3 days, the request is approved automatically and your account is deleted.
• If they reject it, you are told the reason.

What we delete

• Your sign-in credentials and your access to the app.
• Your name, email address, phone number and home address.
• Identity numbers such as your national ID and tax number.
• Your bank account details.
• Your profile photo and any personal documents you uploaded.
• Your emergency contact details.
• Push notification identifiers for your devices.

What we keep, and why

Some records cannot be removed because your employer is legally required to keep them. We strip the personal identifiers listed above from these records, so they can no longer be traced back to you as an individual.

These records are kept for as long as the applicable Indonesian employment and tax regulations require.

• Attendance and working time records.
• Payroll, payslip and tax records.
• Reimbursement and expense claim records.

If you cannot open the app

If you have already uninstalled Qinerja, or you can no longer sign in, email us instead and we will record the request for you. Please include the email address or employee ID you used and the name of your company.
